TIE and The online company close a deal with T-Mobile for the entire online sales of consumer and business activities
TIE Holding N.V. (“TIE”) announces that T-mobile has chosen the TIE Kinetix E commerce Platform for the entire online sales of consumer and business activities. The project has been carried out in collaboration with a partner of TIE and online specialist, The Online Company. In the coming three years, this will generate € 1.2 Million SaaS revenue for TIE.
The implementation of the online project will be managed by The Online Company, a company with an excellent track record in online web projects in the Telecom Industry.
For the total consumer online sales 3 webshops will be added: new customers who want to close a new subscription (consumer acquisition), existing customers who wish to renew their subscription (renewal) and a telesales shop. Consumers can call the telesales department and order the same as an online consumer. These orders will be executed by the telesales shop.
For the total online sales of business activities, a total of 4 webshops will be added: for the new business customer who wants to switch from provider (business acquisition), for existing business customers who wish to extend their existing contract (re-order) and for existing business customers who want to renew their subscription (re-newal). For business activity there will also be a telesales department where the same orders can be placed by phone as online.
